Drinking Coffee has proven to be beneficial across a wide scale of chronic liver diseases
Back in the year 2015, a population-based prospective study on a group of people revealed that consuming coffee reduces mortality from chronic liver diseases, as per a journal from National Center for Biotechnology Information(NCBI). The journal also further states how consuming just 1 cup on a daily basis resulted in at least a 15% reduction in risk of death from chronic liver diseases, whereas 4 cups of coffee daily in a dose-dependent response reduces the death risk by 71%.

Coffee helps you lose weight
As stated by Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, a study was carried out recently by their researchers, where a 24-week investigation was led, to determine if consumption of coffee reduces the risk of type 2 diabetes, in this investigation 126 overweight adults drank four cups of regular coffee daily. But, after their investigation was over their study revealed an unexpected result, which was drinking coffee was associated with a modest loss of body fat.

Coffee can cause insomnia or/and restlessness
