Peanuts or groundnuts are the most common oilseeds known and used in India. They contain adequate amounts of good fat and are an easily accessible source of protein, vitamins and minerals. Our peanuts are sourced locally, from Maharashtra, and can be eaten raw, roasted and salted or cooked with vegetables and rice, thereby adding taste and additional nutrients to the food. Peanuts are a special ingredient in traditional desi poha.
