Soak 1 teaspoon Chia Basil Mix Seeds in a cups of water for 30 minutes. Use it as a topping for Salads, Cereals, Yogurt, Milkshakes, Oatmeal etc.
Soaked Chia Basil Mix seeds can also be eaten raw.
